I’m Through with White Girls:
The Banality of Genetic Destruction

30060ca76251e789ff3628140c8022c5What is the best way to make miscegenation cool? Is it through state sponsored propaganda? If that were the case, Mao would’ve been able to stomp out racism in China and the Soviets in Russia. Hollywood, the agent of change in the West, has been much more successful. Movie producers and writers are much better propagandists than government bureaucrats. Since the goals of the elite in socialist and capitalist countries have been the same, this may simply be another case of the market outperforming government planning.

And if we think about human nature a bit, the best way to push this philosophy of extinction wouldn’t be to have angry black men yelling “I’m takin’ yo bitch, fool.” Instead, make black men seem harmless, intelligent, deep and most importantly “just like us.” A particularly brilliant strategy would be to portray Western society as already having reached where you want it to go.

From the perspective of propaganda, I’m Through With White Girls is a success. The black protagonist, Jay Brooks (Anthony Montgomery), is culturally white as can be. His best friend that he lives with is white, he works as a comic book cartoonist and as the title of the movie tells us, he dates exclusively white women. The movie opens with him bailing on a redhead while she’s in the shower. That night and the next day he’s bombarded with voice mail messages from her and other women he’s left in a similar manner.

After Jay has a talk with his more stereotypically black best friend/conscience (Lamman Rucker) he decides that he’s going to quit white women cold turkey and launches “Operation Brown Sugar.” Sitting on a bus, he has a blond on one side of him and a light skinned black girl on the other. The blond is leaning into him smiling while the black girl wants to be left alone. Jay resists the temptation to pick up the blond and continues in his determination to find a sistah’. Finally, he meets a bestselling half black author from Canada who talks like a valley girl and is afraid to do book readings for that reason. From that point on white women are nowhere to be seen in Jay’s life and the movie becomes a love story. Near the end, after things go sour with his “Halfrican” Jay realizes that the problem was never white women in the first place but his own commitment issues.

From the title and cover of this film one gets the impression that it’s going to be about interracial dating. But the story could easily work without white women, and they’re nowhere to be seen soon after the beginning. This is a story about two complex young blacks forming a relationship, and not a bad one at that. The characters are complex and sympathetic.

So why the racial angle? In order to make interracial relationships normal in the most subtle way possible: without treating race as a serious issue at all. Jay is a black guy with every-man problems; the white women he shares his bed with are only a convenient excuse he uses to avoid facing them. He can act like a white nerd or hang out with his black best friend’s family. His girlfriend is mixed and can write black fiction while talking like a Saved by the Bell character. Even the white roommate becomes a hip-hop expert in order to get a job at a record shop and impress a girl. Identity isn’t based on blood or even something you carry with you your whole life. Changing it is akin to going on a diet.

All these good looking and nice multiracial people are in the same boat, living their lives and discovering themselves. What kind of crank would be insensitive enough to think that racial survival or good breeding should be given any consideration? This is the genius of Hollywood. Understand how the propaganda works before you can change it.

“And it probably worked; on the dumber ones. The smart ones no doubt didn’t skip a beat in returning to their sinful pleasures.”

    Dedalus,

I have to say, you are right, especially since “the dumber ones” make up the target audience, as well as the vast majority of humanity. Of course you can’t easily dupe smart people.

Nice article. But geez, I just would never call it “genius” – ever.

I think it’s kind of “bonk ya over the head with it” obvious, what they’re doing.

One thing is for sure, their propaganda does not succeed in making us unified; it succeeds in deracinating dumb Whites and emboldening the irreversibly, and presumptuously, arrogant non-Whites.

Perhaps Whites should respond to their situation the way Gays did years back.
Society did its best to impose a sort of implied/stated Averse Therapy on Gays so that any association with the word Homosexual would cause emotions like Grief and Remorse and bring about the hoped for change. And it probably worked; on the dumber ones. The smart ones no doubt didn’t skip a beat in returning to their sinful pleasures.

    How do I know?

Well, no, not because I’m Gay, but because I’m and have been a member of two of the most targeted for “change” groups in the History of the World – Whites, Men. Or, simply, White Men.

It never, for one day, has ever worked on me. Maybe in a way it is why I have never been so pro-White. I simply love what Whites have given the world so much, The Sovereign Individual (What Nietzsche referred to in so many words as the crowning achievement of Mankind) that thinking in terms of Categories has always seemed like a step backwards. Not to mention a touch of bad manners, i.e.; too showy. Something that requires, not confidence, but, well, chutzpah — which is something else all together, something that inevitably leads to an addiction to willfulness and, in turn, a deranged self-absorption.

Even now, that I am well aware of the problem, meaning I can articulate and discuss what I have been experiencing my whole life (and spent years — years — far more exposed and in danger than any White person I know, not, of course, that there are not others who have been through worse who I don’t know); even now when I am a big fan and regular reader of TOO Family, VDare, AR, and others, and even after participating in the Essay Contest using another name; I still don’t like to think in terms of Categories.

But that doesn’t mean I am, and perhaps others like me, not relevant or useful as an agent of change for, well, us.

The SS Leviathan is already treading water and I just do not think it will stay afloat much longer; for sure it will do as much damage as it can before it sinks; but I am convinced it will sink.

So, maybe when it does, that critical mass of intelligent and sensitive (in the best sense of that word) White men who have suffered and endured a desert loneliness during this decades long storm, and have been hardened by their experiences, will move in quietly, while the others are panicking, and simply take the reins.

Is it possible? Who knows? Stranger things have happened in History.

In any event, however it turns out, you have to admit, the thought does have its charms.
