It is with deep sorrow that I so often find books of old and new such as this latest one by D Goldhagen, all always with such one sided recalls or only of specific ones. I often wonder what would be the results, and world view or perceptions, and our world standing, if we the Boer nation, please do not conceive us to be or call us Afrikaners, had had the freedom(which was also stolen) and/or means, either by state or institutions and finances to research and then put our view to the world regarding what many of us know to be a much worse holocaust than the Jews could ever even imagine, including their holocaust during ww2, we have not even been able to educate our own nation regarding this atrocity. Now again it seems with the latest book regarding the 'atrocities' (of which 35% of Jews [mainly men] were killed in their holocaust) that, and as for the last 107 years never a mention of the other holocaust which cost a single nation 50% of its total Child population to be slaughtered in concentration camps of the British empire, those engine fires also vigorously stoked it seems by no one else or less than also the Jews and Americans who were just as much after the spoils as were the British, I believe accusations have also been made that the USA was behind the Jameson raid. All 3 these nations call themselves leaders of democracies and virtues ? If only we can get to, maybe we will sooner than we think, also claim compensation for the atrocities against our nation the Boers as the Jews have claimed from Germany over the past 60 to 70 years, ours will be a much larger claim, due to more than one factor and against more than one nation in the world, we should be claiming more than £3 trillion, as we were forced to take, if ever we did receive it, only £3 million for the destruction of 40,000 farms including all buildings and livestock which were burnt to the ground, never mentioning our 3,000 woman who died in concentration camps, WHAT about our 24,000 Children who were 50% of our TOTAL Child population under the age of 16 who were killed. Can one call this WORSE THAN WAR ? like the raiding of the tombs of gold and diamonds, no, they were not dead, they are NOW !
