Libertarians and conservatives believe in the “inviolability of contracts,” that all parties to the contract are operating in good faith, and that a breech of contract can be mitigated through negotiation and persuasion. But this ignores the fact that all contracts are the result of negotiation between conflicting interests, and that contractual protections may only be enforced by the application of money, lawyers, courts, and time. Even if the existence of an independent judiciary is assumed (a whole new can of worms), the stronger party to the contract has the advantage in those areas, one that is overwhelming if he is a government or corporation. He can ignore his contractual obligations while stringently enforcing the obligations of the weaker party. For the stronger party a contract thus becomes an important coercive tool. It offers little or no protection to the weaker party unless the time and costs associated with sending the dispute through the (assumedly independent) courts can be endured.

What to do, then, if one is a member of the weaker party?

Eschew the contract to the greatest extent possible – mentally first, then physically. Think and market yourself as an independent agent while operating within the social contract. But begin to think in terms of alternate social, economic, and political systems. Take small steps toward implementing these in whatever manner suits you and your circumstances best. I, myself, am an electronics technologist – the modern term for what was once called a “research and development technician.” I think in terms of alternate energy production, homebuilt motors and controls, revitalizing small to medium manufacturing, intentional communities, homeschooling, vocational technology, training, etc. I have taken numerous physically successful steps in those directions which have changed the thinking of family, friends, and more than a few acquaintances on the personal level. There is not one person reading this website who couldn’t do the same – that is, think and act in terms of alternate social, economic, and political systems – or at minimum, passively support such efforts by not attacking them.

Thanks much for bringing this up. It is an excellent area of research and activism for retired lawyers and academics. As an advocate of “informal” intentional communities, I also recommend an investigation into the concept of unincorporated townships and villages.

One thing definitely in our favor is that truth is on our side. Their side is made up of complex rationales on false assumptions — where they are based on rationales at all! The Jews have been so successful at seeding the harvest of genocide we are now reaping that what is naturally and objectively good has now been defined and internalized as evil by our people! Our new religion of suicide is made more acceptable to us as a people because we naturally know that sacrifice now for the future is the only way to sustain real truth and higher rewards — that’s why we are industrious builders and invented science. Our sentiments have been diverted. Sacrifice for something higher is good, but our new religion is one of not higher but lower things — an anti-religion. Poison kool-aid. We should not be sacrificing ourselves for this immoral and destructive insanity. As pointed out in this article, what they call “racism” is actually a universal good.

The current tendency of American whites to embrace their self-destruction clearly resembles past suicide cults but is a phenomenon on such a vastly larger scale that it even dwarfs the fratricidal slaughter of World War I trench warfare.(14) Its origins are no mystery since Kevin MacDonald thoroughly and brilliantly described them.(15) They are almost entirely a direct consequence of a Jewish Establishment and its supporters gaining increasing dominance of American intellectual discourse and media during the last century. One kind is simply stopping being an American in one’s mind, and becoming a white American. That’s the kind of secession that asks only one question, “Is it good for white people?” This is horizontal secession.

Another kind is throwing overboard all the shanty-town bric-a-brac that makes up universalism, so-called enlightenment, and phony meritocracy, and embracing some version of white tribalism which prizes freedom of association above all other rights. This is horizontal secession. And it argues that developing a white nation inside the America state is desirable and practical as a first step.

Secession can also be vertical. Many white activists seem to promote vertical secession — an idea that white people may suddenly rise up and clear a territory of the savage beasts who attack us, much as our honored ancestors cleared spaces for safety in the 17th, 18th, and 19th Centuries. An exclusive territory is the vertical kind of secession — a uniquely exclusive state to serve the white nation.

Whether this is wise or not, the next two generations will decide. But there is always secession of the mind, which can be considered a horizontal secession. Mixing with everyone, but separating ourselves from the common life of the community for our own community. Mormons do this, Muslims do this, Jews do this, Armenians do this to a certain extent, and Christians are obliged by their scriptures to so this. It’s not a new idea to create a horizontal idea that operates throughout American society, but is not part of American society. Horizontal secession will definitely precede vertical secession.

All the legal tools are available for anyone who is serious. There are even a dozen small towns, legally incorporated, with one to five residents, if anyone wanted to create an anchor for horizontal or even vertical secession.

One thing I would like to see explored in more detail is how to create the mental state of secession. For example, with the British it was common for the educated future colonial administrators to study classics rather than science or math. This meant Latin, Greek, and Greco-Roman culture and philosophy.

Did this educational practice, which connected the Northwestern European mind to an older tradition of culture and philosophy help to create the progress of Western Europe?

While doing exactly that – studying classics and Latin – would seem laborious today there may be similar, more accessible strategies that would work to create a useful and positive mental state that is uniquely European.
