Mistrial Declared in Hal Turner Case
“Mistrial in Case of Blogger Accused of Threatening Judges“

A federal judge in Brooklyn has declared a mistrial in the prosecution of Harold “Hal” Turner, the New Jersey blogger accused of threatening to kill three federal appellate judges in Chicago. With the jury deadlocked 9-3 in favor of acquittal after two days of deliberations, visiting U.S. District Court Judge Donald Walter ordered a new trial for March 1.
The three-day trial centered on a handful of blog entries posted by Turner in June, in which he called for the murders of Judges William Bauer, Richard Posner and Frank Easterbrook of the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for voting to uphold handgun bans in and around Chicago. “Let me be the first to say this plainly: These Judges deserve to be killed. Their blood will replenish the tree of liberty,” Turner wrote in one of his blog entries. “These Judges deserve to [be] made such an example of as to send a message to the entire judiciary: Obey the Constitution or die.”
After the jury was dismissed, one of the three jurors who favored conviction spoke with reporters. Richard Gardner, a 58-year-old Nassau County truck driver, blamed the deadlock on the prosecution. “The prosecution’s case was so weak,” Gardner said. “He just bailed out. He had a whole slough of witnesses. Why did the government only call six witnesses?” The government’s lead prosecutor, Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois William R. Hogan Jr., responded to the criticism by telling reporters, “You were there. Evidentiary rulings shaped our trial strategy.”

Look at what happened to Matt Hale for saying something vague in PRIVATE — 40 years in a supermax prison for much less dealing with one judge who really was biased and attacking him directly, and clearly helping others attack him on a dubious copyright/trademark infringement case.
Mr. Hale had an agent provocateur infiltrate his organization and keep at him to say or do something for years (while wearing a wire..) Mr. Hale was upset about the attacks on him and the bar association denying him a law license based on “character” (his beliefs!) after he went to school and PASSED the bar exam! He wanted to be a lawyer because he felt people with his political views were being treated unfairly. He wanted to be able to protect his rights. Finally in a fit of anger he said something vague one evening at home in private (not on the radio!) like “I would like to exterminate tha rat” or something and they got this one phrase on tape and arrested him. He is now in prison for 40 years for that one phrase (read: political beliefs)!!!
What a story of public persecution and assasination of someone who was trying to do the right thing within the system! This is the danger of agent provacateurs. They help to destroy the power of the constitution and cause violence so they can kill or arrest people the system does not like. Where is Amnesty International? Where are the protests for him? He is the prototypical case which the constitution and our rights were designed to specifically protect. If your views are popular, why would you ever in a million years need the constitution? It was designed for dissent — you know, the opinions that get OPRESSED!
Amnesty International is a high-sounding organization which protects dissidents only when the opposition is against someone who holds politically-correct views. The danger of organizations like that is they look like they are filling the role of stopping opression when they are actually helping it. Then there are other supposedly objective organizations like the Sierra Club which took a 100 million dollar donation with the stipulation that they NEVER bring up the all-important issue of immigration. By this, the jewish donor made it the premier environmental organization, but stole its objective soul. These organizations are now diversions and tools from real objective activism defining their fields, and their patent moral particularism rather than objectivity reflects the damage that Jewish-instigated and inspired changes to our culture have wrought..
